Fly to
Kununurra
Arrive in Kununurra and transfer to
your hotel. Day at leisure.
Stay: Kununurra, All Seasons Hotel.
Day 2:
Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) National
Park
Be picked up from your hotel for a
scenic flight to World
Heritage-listed Purnululu National
Park. Walk into Echidna Chasm, a
mysterious cleft in the massif,
considered one of Australia’s best
walking destinations, and discover
Mini Palms Gorge (reasonable fitness
required) with time to explore
before returning to our Lodge for a
well-deserved meal.
Two Night Stay: Bungle Bungle
Wilderness Lodge. Tented cabins with
comfortable beds, crisp linen and
private en suite facilities. (L,D)
Day 3:
Bungle Bungle Range
Travel to the beehive domes of the
Bungle Bungle Range. Walk into
majestic Cathedral Gorge and test
out the acoustics. Head across to
the dry bed of Piccaninny Creek for
a close up view of the Bungle Bungle
domes. Your guide will explain the
Aboriginal significance of this
breathtaking area. (B,L,D)
Day 4: Scenic Flight
Transfer to the airstrip. On the
return scenic flight to Kununurra,
enjoy parting views of this unique
area. Tour concludes upon arrival.
