Platypus, waterfalls,
stalagmites, towering cliffs,
quaint vineyards, leatherwood
honey...this week has it all!
Cycle this ingenious itinerary
that incorporates the
diversity and richness of
Tasmania's north. Experience
natural wonders such as the
soft tumbling Liffey Falls,
furry nocturnal critters, the
dominating Great Western
Tiers, otherworldly caves and
the verdant Tamar River
Valley. As well, lap up the
fare that has made Tasmania
world famous and that comes
from this thriving part of the
island - cheeses, wines,
honey, chocolate, berries,
trout, the list goes on.
The cycling is magnificent, as
good as it gets - quiet sealed
roads, clean mild air, gently
rolling hills and great views
- and when it all gets too
much, a support vehicle.
