Day 1: Depart Adelaide by light aircraft for
the ancient landscapes of the Flinders
Ranges, that have inspired artists and
poets for centuries. Spend the afternoon
seeing life on a typical Outback sheep
station or viewing the Flinders Ranges.

Day 2:
Depart the Station for the Gawler
Ranges. The Gawler Ranges consists of
volcanic rock hills over 1500 million
years old.
Highlights of a 4WD tour through the
Gawler Ranges include:
-Emus, kangaroos, and colourful native birds in their natural habitat.
-Face painting with ochre rock.
-Views of volcanic Rhyolite – known as organ pipes – at one of the
world’s largest sites. (B, L, D)
Day 3:
An early start allows for a 4WD tour
through the rugged rangelands and wheat
and sheep farms typical of the Eyre
Peninsula.
Arrive at Baird Bay, and board a motor
boat for an award-winning eco-experience
- the chance to swim with dolphins and
sea lions in the natural habitat. The
dolphins and sea lions are not fed or
tamed at all – they choose whether or
not to swim with people.
After returning to shore, tour the
scenic Western Eyre Peninsula before
arriving in Streaky Bay for the flight
back to Adelaide. (B, L)
