Your day begins with a morning
cruise along the Mulgrave river.
From the mouth of the river our
destination on the The Great Barrier
Reef is already in sight, making it
the shortest open sea crossing in
North Queensland. Welcome to
Normanby Island, one of the five
stunning islands that comprise the
Frankland Islands. The vessel takes
up to a maximum of 100 passengers
which ensures your day on the reef
is both service and safety
orientated.
 DIVING
FRANKLAND ISLANDS
Take this unique opportunity to
enjoy the thrill of scuba diving on
a beautiful coral island.
Introductory diving is safe, fun,
easy and requires no experience. A
friendly instructor will give first
time divers an underwater experience
they will never forget. There is no
better way to experience the Great
Barrier Reef.
And if you are
certified diver then Frankland
Islands offers a unique array of
coral and marine life to discover
and explore. Highly qualified staff
will assist and guide you at all
times, assuring maximum comfort and
safety. With up to 5 full hours at
the reef, maximum 2 dives per day
are available. All equipment is
provided and highly trained
instructor will be by your side
throughout the dive.
